How long will it take to get the bail money back?

When will i get my bail money back?

• my boyfriend had a warrant for a traffic ticket when he was arrested i paid the 300$ warrant/bail money to get him released. he has court tomorrow, when will i get the 300$ bail money back and will they automatically take the 130$ for his original ticket out of the money ? I cant go to court tomorro i have work so i want to make sure they take the 130$ from the bail without me being there. does any one know any thing about this if it helps i live in new jersey i dont know if that makes a differance

  I've had to bail my idiot son out a couple times, and the money usually went to the tickets and court costs. The only time I got money back was the last time when the bail was $1100. It was months before I got a check, and they sent it to him instead of me because you have to pay in cash, at least here. My son lost his license, but if he hadn't I probably wouldn't have bailed him out again. It's just plain stupid to ignore your traffic tickets and you should have to deal with it yourself when you do it.
