How can i get a loan to start a business if i dont have a job?

  • i really want to start property developing and need a loan to do so but i don't own a house or have a job does anybody know how i would go about doing this.

    First, you would get a job. Second, you would get small loans or credit cards, to build your credit history. Third, you would get a house and pay enough to build equity in it (not be upside down). Finally, after doing all of these things, then, and only then, you would apply for the loan.

There is no such thing. Any business loan will require YOU to have 30% of the start-up costs out of your pocket PLUS assets to secure the loan. Having no current means to repay the loan automatically disqualifies you from ANY legit loan.

A rich relative may loan you some startup money. Having a credit score of 800+ would help out.
