Where did my orders on Amazon go?

Does Amazon still accept Money Orders?

  • I was looking into buying some things off of Amazon, but unfortunately I can only pay for things with a Money Order. After doing some searches online, I found some articles that said Amazon does indeed accepts money orders...But there were also articles that said they had stopped accepting them since 2008. It seemed no matter which article I looked at, they all gave me different answers. Does Amazon still accept Money Orders as a form of payment, or are you restricted to using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or PayPal card? I need to know before I go too deep into wanting to buy some stuff off that site. (Yeah, I know that Money Orders aren't the safest way to go, but I don't have a job and I'd rather not go to my "Ask a million questions about everything I buy" folks. Money order is my only possibility.) Thanks in advance for any replies.~

  • Answer:

Get a prepaid card from the store. There is a fee to open it but you can put money on it and use it like a normal credit card. You just have to watch the balance so you don't get down to $0 and get denied.
