Confirming phone debit card orders with age?

I want to buy something online with my debit card and I am not 18 but it says you need to be and that they verify all orders over the phone. I have a deep enough voice to pass as 18 can I just say I'm 18?

my 13yo does the same thing, He has the rep talk to me on the phone. The cc is in his name and all that but the rep has to speak to someone over 18 cuz they are international and stuff.
