How can I get back my money from a seller through PayPal?

How will i get my money back from paypal if seller doesn't respond to the claim i filed?

  • I found a good deal on an xbox 360 on ebay, it was a buy it now. i contacted seller; he responded. I read his feedback and everything seemed fine so i purchased the xbox through paypal. After the purchase was completed I sent seller several emails and was met with no response. i filed a dispute then escalated to a claim and the seller still hasn't responded. He has a few more days to respond but i know he will not. How will i get my money back? Oh and also let me mention that this guy sold over 20 ps3's and xbox360 and all buyers are having the same problem. Huge scam artist!

    If the seller cannot provide Paypal with proof the item was delivered to and signed for at your home address, Paypal will refund your money. It can take up to 45 days
