Has anyone bought on ebay with just a visa gift card?

I really want to buy some things from ebay, and since I am not eligible for paypal, the only way I can shop online is using visa gift cards. So is there anyone who has bought on ebay with JUST a visa gift card. Without a paypal, or any of those other sites like paypal. If you guys could tell me how you did it I would really appreciate it!! Just so you guys know, I have read what they have in the ebay help section and on a bunch of other sites about how you can do this, but I just want to hear from people who have actually done it. Thank You!!!

why are you not eligible for paypal you don't say if you use ebay you usually must use paypal either way

Almost everyone who accepts credit cards on eBay does so through the PayPal system. So you would have to sign up for PayPal anyhow in order to pay the seller. The only sellers who have their own merchant credit card accounts are those that also run brick and mortar stores. There are very few of them on eBay.
