What if I don't have enough money in my bank account to buy an item, and that item needs approval first?

• I am buying a jersey in the online FIFA Store, and I don't have enough money in my bank account because I get my paycheck in 2 days. The thing is that I want to buy the jersey now because it has a discount that ends tomorrow, but to buy it the FIFA store first makes an approval to my bank account just to make sure that I have the money, will my bank charge me for not having the money when the FIFA store makes the approval? (my bank charges if I buy something and don't have the money in my account, because they pay for the item but then I have to pay the bank the cost of the item plus a charge).
