When making a purchase through paypal and bank account..?

do you first have to manually add funds from your bank account to your paypal prior to purchasing?, or does paypal automatically take the money straight from your bank account? And if so, where does Paypal extract the money from, checking or savings, or both? (If there's not enough money in my checking account, will paypal dig into my savings account or will it just go on to the next method of payment like credit/debit etc Sorry for the multiple part question, but I'm a newbie when it comes to using paypal. Any help would be great, thanks

PAY PAL IS JUST A CARD YOU PURCHASE, TO FILL ANOTHER CARD, WHICH, IF, YOU DO NOT SUPPLY, OR RELOAD THAT CARD IN A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED, A MINIUM OF $4-5 DOLLARS MONTHLY, ALTHOUGH, YOU ARE JUST BROKE, NO MONIES, BUT YOU JUST ACCUMALATED, ANOTHER BILL, CANCEL, IF YOU DON'T, YOU'LL BE OWING THEM, FOREVER.
