Where can I rent a car without a credit card in Philadelphia?

Will I be able to rent a car using a Secured Credit Card?

I plan on renting a car for the weekend and I have a secured Bank of America Credit Card. Knowing now a days you need a major credit card, will my secured card still go thorugh as a regular(major) Credit card?

I think it would depend on how much money your card is secured with. If it was more than the amount the car rental company requires as a deposit, then it wouldn't work. In my experiences, you don't have to have a credit card. You can provide a cash security deposit.

maybe. Beware: car rentals require a pretty hefty hold on a c/c; if your credit limit is low, you may not get the rental unless you post some other security. CALL AHEAD TO VERIFY. this "gotcha" is true for unsecured as well as secured c/cs.
