How to make Ebay and Paypal at 16?

  • Im only 16 and REALLY need an ebay account... therefore i will need a paypal.. Is there anyway i can do this without them finding out im underage ??

Yes, they will figure it out. Then the accounts will be frozen as you will be banned for life. Your parents--not you--can open accounts and supervise you. They become legally responsible for all activity on those accounts.
