If I don't use my ebay account will I get charged fees?

I don't want ebay to take money off me if i don't use my account. I'm un sure if they will and i can't find the answer on ebay's help centre. Can anyone help me?

Unless you signed up for a store (monthly fee of about $15), you won't get charged.

No, you only get charged fees when you put something up for sale. I haven't used my account in 3 years and nothing was ever charged to me.
NOPE! ebay fees are made up of, 1. listing items for sale, and 2. if that item sells, a final sale price. if you dont sell anything then you wont get any fees on your account. there is no charges for just being a member.
