Answer:
Do you have a checking account? If not, get one today. You will be able to sign up for online bill pay at your bank and pay your bills out of your checking account. ------- 100% agree. Ask your parents to show you how they pay theirs.

Have your parents show you how they pay theirs.
You can mail a money order, use a bank card with a Visa or Mastercard logo online or over the phone. Many places have payment stations in say grocery stores, or in speedy markets. First time account holders most company, water, house phone, electric, will refund the deposits after 1 year of never ever being late. It depends on your cities company. Mom can tell you the names of the company. She can also open a secondary account in her name to avoid you paying a deposit to start service. You can and service is turned on then a bill comes in the mail, a fee for starting service, a possible deposit will be mailed to you. Or You must go into thier local office with proof of residency someplace, like your rental agreement and the rest goes along with it. Your right, getting a new place for the first time, no one does tell us what its like. RENT must be ontime, or huge late fees apply, later than that, depending on the contract, you can be evicted, and you must pay, the entire contract out if you chose to quickly move out because something happens and you cant afford the place anymore. -->>Owners of rentals usually have no heart. Anything broken when you move it, most likely not be repaired no matter how many calls you make to them, make sure it all works before you move in. ->->ALSO take pictures of all walls, carpet from a few different views, doors, windows etc. So that someday when you move, the landlord will claim you did the damage. Normal wear and tear on the flooring is natural. rent a carpet cleaner at the grocery store and clean the carpets before moving out so they look the best they can. Landloards get ripped off more often than not, so it hardens their heart to all tenants that move in. Rules are rules, be ok with ALL the conditions, apt or house or find a place your fine with. You cant usually break a 6 12 or 18 month lease...............youll get a court order telling you to pay or get your wages garnished if you dont keep the contract til the end or move out and pay immediatelyl all that money. Its not that scary, but at least you now know. Oh, and walk the area, day and night, listen for not fun like yelling, losers hanging out, andother undesirable circimstances your not ok with.It wont change and youll be stuck in a bad situation!
Usually you cannot pay cash, but you can pay by phone, online, or mail in a check. You need a checking account first (note that not all of them will support online bill payments, and some may charge you, so do your research before you sign up for one). Your financial institution where you get your account will have instructions.
