Print up a few flyers offering services at something you are skilled at. For example at 15 you should have basic computer skills- you could advertise lessons to oaps on how to safely use the internet etc

well you could start a daily dog walking business or find a local shop where you can get a job and if thats to hard try going to a marrket and sell your old stuff
