I bought something off ebay and?

  • I bought an item on ebay a guy who is a best seller and when i added money to my ebay account I bought the item the guy said it was out of stalk 10 minutes after i bought the item but i already paid the buy and im wondering can i get my money back and how? and can i go to the bank and ask them for my money back because i used paypal to give him my money

    He should automatically be refunding you, otherwise open a case on eBay, by selecting "resolve a problem" beside the item title in your purchase list. Once ebay review the situation, you will be refunded. Buyers are protected, and unless the seller has proof they posted the item and you signed for it, you'll get a refund.

If the order has been processed, the seller should automatically refund your purchase to your PayPal account. In truth, the payment shouldn't have even been processed. If you do not see your purchase and money back back in your PayPal account by tomorrow, contact PayPal and they will get your money back for you.

i used ebay all the time. You can either request a refund via ebay or your best option is to request a refund via paypal. If the seller does not act how you would like them to. you can then lodge a dispute via paypal. They then remove the money from the sellers paypal account and it sits in limbo until the dispute is settled (usually by the seller agreeing to refund) and if the seller doesn't respond at all you get your money back anyway..... There is also an option once a dispute is raised for you to send a escalate the matter to the paypal claims department.
