How do I calculate my interest on a savings account?
-
Interest rate 1.85% bank balance 100.00$$
-
Answer:
Your interest is $1.85 a year. I worked this out by multiplying the interest rate by the balance and dividing it by 100. If you want the interest for part of a year, divide the number of days by 365 and multiply it by the interest for one year.
