• hello there. I bought this dvd on ebay a few weeks ago then the seller had an issue with her vendor (he scammed her bigtime!) and had to end up refunding everyone one of her auctions. so I got an email on sunday night from paypal stating "You received a full or partial refund..." and that "It may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in your account." so I got another email yesterday stating that it cleared and that the funds are now reflected in your PayPal balance. what the problem is the I have figured out that the refund money you have to manually put/transfer into your bank account yourself, I tried to do that and it does not list a dime. in other words it says I have $0.00 in my paypal balance. what do I do? what happened? I really need that refunded money in my bank account! thanks, J.

  Contact Paypal Customer Service: 888-221-1161. I think they made an error and sent the email before they updated your paypal records.
