Where Will I Earn Money?

What will happen if we do not earn money at all due to which we become Bank Defaulters ? What will Court do?

  • What will happen if a Person is not able to earn any money inspite of moving heaven and earth with every possible kind of effort ? Will the Person be jailed for not beining able to repay loan taken ? What can the person do if he does not get well paying job or customers to fetch him income ? I received Bank notice - what should i do ? I have opened art galleries in restaurants and no body is purchasing any Paintings - what should i do now.?

    There are no debtors' prisons. Only if you committed fraud would you risk going to jail. Why are you trying to sell luxuries when so many people are desperate just to pay rent or mortgage? Does your stuff appeal to the really rich, and are they displayed in restaurants the very wealthy patronize? Your marketing is way out of whack. So, you have not moved heaven and earth. You are not doing diddly that is in touch with any sort of reality. Get real. Then you can begin to find a way to pay your bills.

If loan repayment is your worst problem today, you've got it easy. First try to analyze why nobody is buying your paintings. Is it price? Maybe a different marketing angle would help? Is it art or garbage? Be pragmatic. Nothing will happen until you sell something. Two, call your bank immediately. Try to work some repayment or workout plan that you can live with. No, you don't go to debtor's prison in America, although maybe a few should.

You don't say where you are. If you are in the US at least, there is no debtor's prison, so no you won't go to jail for owing money unless you got it fraudulently. But people can get a court judgement to seize your assets. If your art isn't selling, you need to find some other job to tide you over until that picks up.
