Which Bank is better Bank of America or Wells Fargo?

Is Wells Fargo or Bank of America better for a basic joint checking account?

  • We have to go with something national since we're going to be full-time RV'ing with my husband's job. It looks like Wells Fargo has more branches in the locations we're likely to be in. Our current bank only has branches in one state so we need to switch. We'll need to do online bill pay too but other than that we don't need a lot of extras. Anyone had both and have a preference?
