How do I make a tow rope?

How can you get auto insurance companies to make good on claims, or tow truck companies to pay for damage?

• My car was towed, and the tow truck company caused major damage to the drive train of my car. It is an all wheel drive vehicle and being towed improperly will do damage to the transfer case. So I filled a claim with my inusrance company and had the vehicle diagnosed by the dealership. The dealship concured the damage was most likey done by the tow. Of course the tow truck company denies any wrong doing and since it cannot be proven that the tow actually caused the damage insurance company will not cover my claim. The tow truck company has pictures of the car being towed properly, but if either of the wheels are rolled independently of each other it can cause the damage. The damage was apparent immediatly after I picked up the car from the tow lot, and nothing else could have caused the damage, so the damage was a result of the tow. What are my options, is there any thing I can do. I have comprehensive coverage with 100 deductable

  A he said she said situation. They have pics... what do you have? I don't know what you do unless you can prove somehow that they improperly towed it. I'm not doubting you, I'm just saying, you need some proof and I don't know what it would be
