What are the ideal companies that I can work for?

What do i need in order to work for insurance companies?

  • Such as state farm,geico, and all state? I'm a graduated high school student with a diploma and would love to get a step into that field please help. Also what positions are there for companies like Geico and state farm besides an agent and claims adjustor that doesn't require a bachelors degree? how do i get a job in insurance companies with a diploma only?

    Very, very few positions in insurance, require a bachelor's degree. What you should do, is get an entry level position with a local agency. You might get $8 an hour to start, but odds are, they'll teach you all about the business, and help you get your license, too.

You could be a CSR for any of those companies. Without a bachelors, you won't get promoted, but plenty of people work for these companies for many years (they just don't advance).
