No, but in some cases where insurance is super expensive, like New York, it's almost worth it to buy a house in another state with the premium savings.
No. You can only get health insurance from a state where you live. Having a mailing address in the state is not enough.
Why you ask such foolish question? Don't you know the Insurance POLICE are watching you right now?
Are you planning on driving over to that other state, also, every time you need to go to the doctor or ER? It's fraud, and it's illegal, and you'll get a policy compliant with THAT state, with doctors IN that state. So it will probably backfire on you.
