I have singed in to Paypal... I have 3 questions: 1. My balance is $0 - is that all right? 2. How to confirm my card? Will I get an e-mail with the 4-digit PayPal code? Or what? 3. How can I pay for items bought on eBay? I don't know how to use PayPal, so how can I pay for them?

My balance is always $0 on paypal (unless i've been selling). No problem there. Paypal will pull the money from your other accounts as needed. You need a credit card and a bank account. The credit card CANNOT be a prepaid credit/debit or gift card. Aside from moneypak, you can't use throwaway cards to pay using Paypal. To confirm your card, you need online access to the accout, or call the bank, or wait for your statement. Don't bid until that's done. To pay, you indicate in "My eBay" that you want to pay and it will direct you to Paypal to do so.
