Can I use a prepaid credit card with paypal?

Hello, I don't have a paypal account yet. I'm still a bit confused about how it all works. However I heard something like you can put money from your credit card into your paypal account. The thing is I don't have a credit card and don't really have an interest in getting one. I usually use a 3V voucher to buy things online (it's like a prepaid temporary visa credit card) https://www.3v.ie/ My question is, can I use a 3V Voucher (prepaid credit card) with paypal? Or do I need to have a permanent credit card?
