Why is it so hard to use PayPal?

Why can't i use my credit card on paypal? Help please!!?

  • I have already confirmed my credit card on paypal and no i dont want to add my bank account or anything. i already made i payment using paypal and it wasn't a problem. But when i went to go make another it said i couldn't use my credit card and it asked me to put my bank ifo (which i don't want to do). I have checked my card and it has enough money on it. So why won't it let me use it?

  • Answer:

The person whom you are buying from can refuse to accept credit card payment via paypal since they pay more (actually receive less from the transaction) then accepting the transaction from your bank account.

Other answers

Paypal has a lifetime spending limit for credit cards. Once you hit that number, you cannot continue to use Paypal unless and until you provide the bank account info. This is done to weed out people who have slipped in with prepaid debit cards and to kick out scammers, deadbeats and underaged users.
