Ebay just took 9 quid out of my mums bank account?

Ok so a little while ago I sole some **** on ebay like xbox games etc and i noticed there was a fee of 15 pence to put ur offer up so anyway.. One day I got an email from them saying i owe them 12 dollars or something and it was coming out on the 14th-20th but it came out today when I got an email. They took 9 pound STRAIGHT out of my paypal but i had 23p on my paypal lol so i thought na they'll never get if of me coz i only got 23p but They took it out of my mums credit card wtf? she's going to rip my balls off? Someone tell me what this is and Im away to bed its half 2 in the mornin

You must have had your mom's credit card linked to your PayPal account otherwise there would be no way for PayPal to know about the card. It is the fees collected from sellers that keeps eBay going. The service is totally free for buyers
