What else do I need to do to get a refund from Bill Me Later?

• Recently, I made a purchase using Bill Me Later. I purchased a Cancel Wizard service to cancel something that is difficult to cancel. I was billed $34.95 and that was fine. After a day or so, it turned out that I didn't have to cancel the service on my own after all. I contacted Cancel Wizard and was credited the $34.95 or so I thought. All of a sudden, the $34.95 payment appeared on my Bill Me Later statement. I then wrote Bill Me Later about the charge and waited to pay the bill to see what happened. They said that the charge was valid in a return letter that I received. In the meantime, the bill was sent in because of waiting and since the bill wasn't turned in, I was charged a $35.00 late fee. Right now the bill is $71.90 and I didn't purchase a single thing. I don't know how to deal with Bill Me Later if I call them up. I heard some negative stuff about them and I'm not sure what to do or what action to take if I can't get all or some of my money back. I'm kind of shy when it comes to dealing with someone through the phone. Please help me if at all possible.

  You would need to contact this Cancel Wizard and have them cancel the charges. As far as Bill Me Later, they DO believe that you utilized the service and are now trying to get out of paying for it. Also, the late fee would be correct if you DID use this Cancel Wizard (did they cancel this for you and then with further investigation you figured out you didn't need them? If so, you do owe the money, because you USED their service) I would expect this isn't going to get canceled and you are going to owe the money.
