A person hasnt paid for his ebay item?!?

hey i got an email from ebay on monday that my item had been sold and i had to post it out to him so i did so only to notice that he hasnt paid for it so now he has already got the item but he hasnt paid for it so i sent him a payment request on pay pal and i am thinking of reporting him does anybody know what i can do? please help Thom

I think the only thing you can do is hope the buyer is honest and will send in his/her payment soon. You should never send anything until you've confirmed payment has been made first. If you never get paid, I guess the only thing you can do is give him Bad feedback.

Well, it's too late now, but what you SHOULD have done is to NOT send him the item until you had received his money. That's usually the way it's done. If he still hasn't paid you, then yes, file a report with eBay/Paypal. They may be able to get your money for you.

Why did you send the item before you were paid? Sellers just don't do that. File a complaint with ebay and paypal

You supposed to wait until payment has been received before posting anything. Hopefully the buyer is genuine and not a scammer and will send the money. If not report matter to paypal and ebay. I hope you got proof of postage. Next time be more careful and check the amount has been paid before posting and always ensure you have proof of postage and insurance.
