Can you use American Express travelers cheques online?

Does anyone still use travelers check? american express had them years ago?

    yes,when you gamble over 10,000.....they are better to use than cash or debit or credit cards...10,000 in cash is reported ....10,000 in trav chks are not....

Depends where you want to travel. American Express still sells travelers cheques in different currencies. Make sure to check if the destination you are traveling to accepts them. I think customer service representatives can answer that for you just ask them to look up the specific place and tell you the recommendation. Don't settle for "they are accepted VIRTUALLY everywhere"

Yes, many people still use them. Not all countries have ATMs that are compatible with US cards.
