Does the paypal debit card have any hidden fees?

so i have money in my paypal account from a sale and i want to use it offline.the only way i can transfer the money is if i have a bank account or if i have a paypal debit card now i dont have a bank account-i use a prepaid debit card and i dont have a paypal debit card so i was thinking of getting a debit card from paypal-does anyone have it? does it have any hidden fees?overall is it a good card-i dont want credit cards-i keep it safe with debit so any help is appriciated thanks :)

I have had a PayPal debit card since they came out with it years ago, and have never had a *hidden* fee charged to me. Are you 18? You may still need to verify your account by attaching a bank account before they would give you a debit card!
