Yes, provided it is international debit card. [i.e. VISA/MASTERCARD etc], as per the latest guidelines of RBI. However there is restriction for number of usage in a month. It the debit card is linked to SB account, then no extra charge will be recovered, if the number of times operated is within the stipulated period. If it is linked to other than an SB account, say Overdraft or current account, Rs 30/- per transation will be charged by the united Bank. And above all, you should maintain your account in India.
