How many days does airmail take from the U.K to CA?

I ordered a product from the uk on dec 23 and its jan 11 they said it would take 10 bussines days but i havent?

    I ordered from ebay on the 6th Dec and did not get the shipment from Royal Mail until the 8th Jan due to the snow and christmas holidays and that was in the UK!!! I would contact the seller and get the shipment details from them as they might be able to track the package???
