MBNA cannot provide my credit card agreement...... What next.?
-
I recieved my subject access request this morning from MBNA. I have not had a chance to have a proper look at it yet but on the very first page it states that they cannot provide a credit card agreement. I know they need one to enforce the agreement, What steps should i take now regarding this issue. Thanks

Answer:
Steps for what? Not so fast, they don't necessarily need one to enforce the agreement, what they need is proof that you participated in using the credit card, which is no problem. Why, because you either pay or you get charged with fraud. Believe me the creditor has more rights than the consumer as well as applicable loop holes. In other words, just pay the bill you created.
