It's a SCAM. If it were really from experian, you'd be asked to reply to someone at experian.com, not at gmail! You should contact the REAL Experian and report this to them.

Scam indicators: uses email. uses FREE gmail account. The address is just plain wrong. The zip code doesn't match the supposed box number. Is ready and able to accept payment via paypal (according to other scam reports).
I have recieved the same thing. I thought it was rather serious, however I do have some oustanding debts, but I wanted make sure this wasnt spam. I replied to the email and it shot right back as a wrong address.
That is an OBVIOUS scam. Experian would not contact you via e-mail.
