Paypal Help - debit card wont work?

• I keep getting this error on paypal Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card. It's a Master Card debit card so I'm not sure why it isn't working, I enter everything right but Paypal just never accepts it, Neither does my PS3. Keeps saying Invalid. and YES it has money in it. I was trying to buy Minecraft at the time.

  Have you successfully used it on line at all? Every detail needs to be totally correct - for obvious security. Your name must be the same as on the card. The billing address is the address to which your monthly statements are sent The expiry date needs to be carefully entered The security number is the final three digits of the number on the back of the card in the signature strip. I've known at least two teens who thought it was "cool" to enter a fake name - and then they wondered why the transaction was declined, duh
