Can you use a Walmart money card to buy a visa gift card?

Probably not, because Wal-Mart won't let you exchange it and if even if you can use it to by a pre-paid visa card you will need to enter all of the personal info to use it. even you got regular prepaid card they too will ask for the exact same thing its part of rules of the patriot all gift card ask for the same info plus if you don't do it then the card will declined due to no matching name on file with the card company
