How do I confirm my PayPal mailing address?

Need help with a credit dispute. In the military, different mailing address from home address...?

• My husband is in the Navy. His home address is in FL but he's stationed in WA. We live off base renting a room in someones house. We've been trying to fix errors in his credit such as his birth year and Equifax is asking for proof of ID as well as proof of the address we live at which is really only his mailing address. His Drivers License is still his FL address, we don't have a rental lease agreement, his pay stubs don't have an address but if we asked for them, it would be the ships address or the one in FL, and we don't have any utility bills, just monthly rent. I have no idea what to do at this point. The only mail he even has here is the letters from the 3 credit agencies! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  They have already told you the info they would require to correct the info on his report. If you cannot supply this, it won't get fixed.
