Anyone else with CAPITAL ONE problems?

  • I was just wondering if anyone else out there is going through on going problems with capital one and fraudulant charges on your Cap.1 card. I have gone to the BBB once already this year for false charges! Every month there is something else! My cred card has been between 400-500 dollars for 2 yrs and I pay atleast 30.00 each month. Anyone else getting ripped off? Thanks would love to hear from you and other card companys to stay away from.

    I have never had a problem with this and I have had a CapitalOne account for almost 10 years now. It might be someone else with your credit card information. They should have reissued you a new card with a different number by now. Good luck!

Are they charges made by Capital One, or is it by someone that may have stolen your credit card information? Although I am not a big fan of Capital One, we can't blame all of our problems on them. You need to make sure that your card is cancelled and you are issued a new one.
