How do I apply for a Key Card?

How and where can i apply to avail either a credit card or master card in the Philippines?

• i don't have any work, or any part time job. i am a college student and i want to have a credit card or any card which is available for a cash transaction world wide. i have money in my pocket and i am planning to place it in a credit card, paypal or mastercard for special purposes. now, how can i apply in order to avail this card? and where? indicate also how much will i pay for the application process of it. thank you

  What you need is a checking account. Not a credit card. Stop by a bank (if you have money) and open up a checking account. Do not touch credit cards unless you have at least 5 months worth of income in a savings first. Otherwise a credit card can end up ruining your life.
