Answer:
Yes, both. Your credit will be ruined. They will sue. And they can have file criminal charges against you since you went into this with the intent to commit fraud. This is theft, plain and simple. Are you saying that you would go forward with this if you could get away with it? You need to take a long hard look at yourself and decide what kind of person you want to be. Cancel your orders. Return anything that still has the tags on and is still returnable. Pay for the rest.

Cancel the orders, or you'll have more trouble than you know what to do with. At 18, you're legally an adult and are legally responsible.
You can go to jail. That's credit card fraud (lying about your age). Yes, they can sue you (and they will win), your credit score will go down.
Now you have a serious problem in your hands. The credit reports have your incorrect age Employers check, so do landlords and car insurance companies. Employers that check will throw that application away The least of your worries is the money you owe them right now
this will be treated as fraud! You need to cancel asap send letters back unknown at this address ,you can not keep orders its a criminal offence plz dont mess your life up micky
Just out of curiosity... are you a member of congress? And also... did you not know that your bill would come due? Certainly anything you could TAKE BACK... will help.
ok first I have to say, and sorry about this, but you are a complete idiot. 1) for lying on a credit card application...and 2) for spending money you don't have. The way to fix this? Return EVERYTHING. When you can't make payments, your interest builds up EXTREMELY FAST..could be up to, or past, 20% on the amount you owe. Then if you don't pay, theyll file against you, and your credit score (which is very easy to damage and very hard to build up) will be destroyed. That affects practically everything in your life, your ability to get a job, get a place, buy a house, buy cars, etc. Then, they could even send to collections, and theyll come after you and take back the stuff by force. It's not a game. This is real life, and credit cards are just a way to delay payments by a small amount of time. You still have to PAY.
