Can anyone tell me what is a customer service rep.?

I applied to do this job as a rep, and I am not sure exactly what it is. Can anyone give me an idea of what it is?

Customer service representative. It's basically customer service and you must present yourself in good manner because you are representing their company. I just started a blog to aid in my research. Notice the job postings online, and you will see some unrealistic employment conditions. HR personnel are either retarded or employers themselves ask for too much. It may even be the fact that they can't hire enough people due to lack of leadership and weak management.
