How to describe Walmart customer service rep position on a resume?

Working on hubby's resume and I need some help "embellishing" his current job description. He's working right now as a customer service rep at Walmart. He's at the customer service counter taking returns, handling money orders and customer questions. He cleans when necessary. He's also been there a while so he commonly helps the supervisors with extra tasks and such. I'm just having a hard time making this sounds like something resume worthy. Can someone write a description for me to use?
Answer:

Describe what he did to make that department work and the skills that he used, rather than just listing his tasks.
