What happens at a new Walmart employee orientation?

• I got a call for an orientation at walmart for a truck unloader... what happens during the orientation and what should I wear? This will be my first job.

  Where whatever you figure you will wear for work. Usually the interviewer will tell you to report for orientation "dressed in code". Which for most WalMart employees is khaki pants and blue shirt. But unloaders at some stores are allowed to wear jeans. As for what happens, they will show you around the store, introduce you to people, discuss your orientation package, whatever else the interviewer or managers think you need to know.
