How to get paypal to refund you money on a ebay item?

• i purchased an item on ebay and its not as discribed but dont really feel like going through the hassle of printing a shipping lable dont have a printer for that matter can paypal just give me a refund and how many refunds can paypal give you?

  Why would you need a shipping label if you are the buyer? If you received the item and it is significantly not as described ie said it was new but it's not, said it was black but it's brown, said it was size 10 but it's size 16, then you can lodge a dispute via PayPal. You log into PayPal and go to the section on dispute resolution. You choose the transaction that this item relates to. You then email the seller and tell them what you want ie I got the wrong item and I'd like a refund please. If the seller says ok, then you mail it back to them via tracked mail (this is very important) and give the tracking information to PayPal and PayPal then gives your money back. If the seller doesn't reply to you in 10 days or you don't like their response, you can raise the dispute to a claim. At this point PayPal decides. If you win you still have to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping to return the item.
