• I recently got offered a position at chase bank. I fibbed a litte on my work history. However. the contact person will cover for me because i did a great on the job. Does chase bank contact the person who you have listed for the "contact person" on your pre employment. Is that the only person that they contact?That is they only person they can contact by law, because thats the only contact person you signed off for correct? What happesns when they call to veryify your previous employment? I just wonder, how do they know that the persons whose number you gave really isnt your best friend instead of your previous employer? i ask a chase employee, she told me they just call the person who you have listed, she said its not that deep and the 3rd party company dosent have time to do a deep investigation on all of their millions of applicants

  I would be surprised if a major bank did not do a real background check. That would involve, call to human resources and a VOE Verificationof Employment was comleted. This will give exact dates, pay, and reason for termination. God luck, liar
