Legal amount of minimum work hours?

Why do you believe its best to get pay for amount of work produce rather than amount of hours work?

• In many work places the amount of work produce in 8 hours does not compensate for itself. A person can produce a lot more if payment were made base on production. Its not the amount of hours you put into the work but instead the amount of work you should put into the hours. There are many jobs whereby people can produce a lot more and increase income for the companies they work for if they were to be given this opportunity. eg If a person is given 8 hours to finish a job he will probable take the whole 8 hours to get it done which if he was paid base on production he would definately accomplish twice as much in the same 8 hours.

  true getting paid for the amount produced is better because just like commission it is there as an incentive to do more. please tell me where I can make money based on what I produce
