How to order on line?

On-line Order Cancelled. Paid for goods. Don't want refund. WANT THE GOODS!?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased some goods online. I was given a discount code from the merchant via the daily newsletter. Upon use of the discount code, the whole shopping cart was discounted, rather than a small amount (less the postage). So, I paid for the WHOLE ORDER (which is just the postage cost). The order was accepted and I received the invoice etc.. I also check my online banking and saw the funds were pending (credit cards take a few days to appear on statement) so that was pretty much taken. Anyway, the next day i noticed my 'order has been cancelled' No reason was given. No refund either! I would like to know where i stand legally in all this. I would obviously like the goods, rather than a refund! Thanks in advance everyone!
