the car that i want is illegal that is why i want to import it from the places i mention. the car is a nissan gtr r34 v-spec II nur. how do i import that car from The UK or from Japan or Australia or Europe to the US.

You cant. It would get stopped in customs, unless you only imported it on a show and display license, or if the vehicle is over 25 years old.

Just buy one and have a shipper send it here. However, without a certificate from the manufacturer that it meets US safety and emission standards you will never be able to register it or drive it on a public road.
