what is my punishment for being 18 and driving without a license ? i can not show a valid us driver license ! what can i expect going to court ? my citation says its a misdemeanor and is not a correctable violation 12500 a council driver .

You won't go to jail but it will probably be over a 500 dollar fine.... They could probably suspend your license even if you don't have one but most likely will give you a date you have to pay the fine by and if you don't then they will suspend it. I'd stop now before its too late, i did the same **** and now have 3 driving on suspendeds and a couple of other traffic charges and owe over 4,000 dollars before I can ever have a legal license again. Right now I got a restricted license. Stop now pay that fine and get ur license man its easy... seriously I regret it.
