I want to build a go kart out of my lawn mower engine i just don't know how can someone tell me how to do it?

The lawn mower engine is wrong. It has a vertical power shaft. It needs to be a horizontal power shaft. It would be to expensive to convert it to howizontal drive. It cannot be mounted on its side, either. Your best bet would be to look for a chain saw engine. They are easy to convert.
