Not a very good idea to bid on a vehicle on eBay. If you do, then you should assume it is junk and you only want it for parts. You bid to win the right to buy, but he then also is not obligated to sell. This is not like an in person auction, where the sell has lost possession of the item before bidding starts. If you want to buy a vehicle on line, you should always get the location information first, so you can inspect it. And then you should go personally and pick it up. Do not have a vehicle delivered, or else you may owe more in shipping than it is worth, and you can't then back out of the shipping charges. What you bid may not be what you are asked to pay in total.
